Reservations can be made using our site, by phone or by email.
Confirmation your booking request is not confirmed until we e-mail you back to confirm your contact details and that we have availability.The reservation is subject to availability of place, calendar and weather conditions.
Some tours are subject to a booking fee of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Departures the time of the tour requires that the customer arrives 15 minutes before, for the organization of the journey.
In case of delay, we have a tolerance of 10 minutes and then we have to leave so as not to jeopardize the other customers.
If the customer does not appear, there is no refund if there is any payment previously made.
Cancellations
In the event of any changes in the atmosphere (winds, waves, tides or any natural phenomenon) that may jeopardize the safety of our customers or the difficult performance of the vessel, the reservation will be canceled or transferred to another possible date.
